About this event
There are already plenty of events about AI itself: the technology, the tools and what they can do. The IKN Summit looks at the other side of that change, the people.
Across one afternoon you'll hear from experts and practitioners who are doing this well, see approaches in action, and trade lessons with peers who face the same decisions you do. It's built for conversation, not three hours of panels.
The Summit is curated and invitation-led, so the room stays senior and the conversations stay useful.
Who it's for
IKN gatherings are for senior learning, talent and L&D leaders from financial services and beyond, so the conversations stay with people facing the same decisions you are.
What we'll explore
THINKHuman skills and intuition
As AI takes on more of the work, judgment, critical thinking, curiosity and communication matter more. How do we deliberately strengthen them?
KNOWKnowledge in the age of AI
When answers are instantly available, what do people still need to know themselves, and how do they build enough expertise to question what AI tells them?
CONNECTNetworking as a core skill
As work becomes more digital, the ability to build relationships and help one another matters more, not less. How do we get better at it?
Program
Learn something. Meet someone. Contribute something.
12:30 PMArrival and connections
Registration, coffee and informal networking, with one prompt to start the conversation: what are you trying to help your people get better at in 2027?
1:00 PMWelcome: the human advantage
AI is changing work at extraordinary speed. We open the afternoon with the capabilities that help people thrive alongside it: how we think, know and connect.
1:10 PMTHINK: What becomes more valuable when AI can do more?
An expert conversation on judgment, critical thinking, curiosity, communication and leadership, including knowing when not to accept the AI-generated answer, and what organizations are doing to strengthen these capabilities on purpose.
1:35 PMSee it in action: building human capability at scale
A fast demonstration from Intuition's work of a learning approach designed to develop human capability, not just transfer information.
1:50 PMIKN Exchange: what will you strengthen?
Small-group discussion: which human capability are you most worried about losing, or most determined to strengthen?
2:00 PMKNOW: If everyone has the answer, what does it mean to know something?
How AI changes learning, expertise and knowledge management: what people still need to know themselves, what can be augmented, and how organizations make sure people know enough to question and judge what AI produces.
2:25 PMSee it in action: the AI-powered learning experience
A demonstration from Intuition's work of AI-enabled learning, knowledge or performance support, focused on what's possible now rather than theory.
2:40 PMIKN Exchange: what are you learning?
What have you tried? What worked? What didn't? Practical lessons from inside your own organizations.
2:50 PMCONNECT: Your network is a skill
Why the ability to build, maintain and activate relationships is becoming a core professional capability, and how to move beyond traditional networking toward connection, generosity and mutual value.
3:15 PMSee it in action: the power of the right introduction
A live demonstration that uses the room itself: what people are looking for, what they can offer, and a few unexpected connections made in real time.
3:30 PMLevel Up: how we help each other get better
An interactive close where experts and attendees share the resources, practices and people worth knowing. What do you know that could help someone else in the room? What do you need help with? Who should know each other?
3:50 PMClosing: one thing you'll do differently
Think better. Know better. Connect better. Leave with one action you'll take and one connection you'll follow up.
4:00 PMIKN Happy Hour
Drinks, food and networking until 6:00 PM, with introductions based on the conversations, interests and needs that came up during the afternoon.
Times are a guide and may shift slightly as speakers confirm.
