Intuition Knowledge Network
AI Programs

Help your people use AI with confidence and judgment.

Intuition's AI programs build capability around the work each team does. Three learning tiers serve four audiences through a rolling twelve-week cycle, with practical application and manager support built into the program.

Explore the learning tiers, twelve-week cycle, and approach to measurement.

Guide

A twelve-week cycle, built around your next cohort.

Stage 0
Before week one

Assess needs and agree priorities

The Gap Mapper and maturity assessment help establish a starting point. Together, we review the findings, agree priorities, and develop the business case before defining the program's scope.

  • Roles mapped to four audiences
  • An agreed capability baseline
  • A recommended starting point
Stage 1
Weeks 1 to 3

Establish a shared foundation

Tier 1 covers AI fundamentals, responsible use, prompting, output validation, and business application. A live orientation introduces the program, followed by self-paced learning on Know-How.

AI fundamentals Responsible use Prompt basics Output validation
Stage 2
Weeks 4 to 8

Practice with work that matters to each role

Tier 2 and Tier 3 learning follows each audience's needs. Business teams work on role-specific workflows, data storytelling, and process automation. Technical teams use labs and sandboxes for API integration and model work. Workshops and peer cohorts give people time to practice and compare approaches.

Stage 3
Weeks 9 to 12

Apply, coach, and measure

Capstone projects bring learning into live work, supported by manager coaching. Assessment compares progress with the starting baseline, with reporting focused on behavior and workflow adoption.

A shared foundation, with depth for each audience.

Foundation · all employees

Practical AI literacy for everyone

Help people understand what AI can do, recognize its limits, and check its outputs. The foundation connects responsible use with practical application in their own role.

Applied · business and functional teams

Practice with role-specific workflows and decision frameworks, using the problems teams already need to solve.

Advanced · technical builders

Develop technical capability through labs, sandboxes, coding exercises, and API integration.

Strategic · leadership

Explore AI opportunities, governance, and organizational readiness, with attention to the decisions leaders need to make.

What shapes the program

01 Understanding AI's value People learn to assess where AI can help their work, how to check the result, and when to apply their own judgment.
02 Role-specific depth Each audience has a defined learning path and outcomes suited to its responsibilities.
03 Hands-on practice Technical teams work with tools in labs and sandboxes, with exercises that put their learning to the test.
04 Your institution's priorities Use cases, tools, and business needs guide the content and practical work.
05 Support at work Manager coaching and applied projects help teams use what they've learned in their daily work.
· A starting point that fits Your baseline guides the recommendation. That may mean beginning with self-paced literacy and a train-the-trainer cohort before extending the program.

AI for Engineering Teams and Enterprise AI Systems Engineering develop capability for technical audiences.

Executive Leadership Retreat

A separate offering led by Peter Whealy, author of Lead with AI. Stay Human. The retreat runs for two to three days with roughly ten participants and four capability tracks.

What the program is designed to support

Progress toward productive use

A structured learning path gives teams a way to build understanding, practice, and apply AI in their roles.

Evidence of behavior change

Assessments before and after the program track progress in workflow adoption, giving learning leaders evidence to discuss with the business.

Consistent principles across the institution

Leadership, technical, and business teams develop a shared vocabulary and approach to responsible AI use.
